Sweatband is one of only two authorised dealers, selected by Reebok, to offer machines which have been recondidtioned by Reebok themselves. What is a reconditioned machine? Reebok receive mail order and warranty returns from customers as part of mail order returns policies or where a fault has developed on a treadmill under warranty. Around 30% of returns pass inspection as suitable for reconditioning on the basis of cosmetic appearance and testing of the units that make up the treadmill. For examples of the type of scratches that pass and fail inspection please see the further detail link at the bottom of this text (note scratches shown are from Reebok exercise bikes). Reebok have a program of reconditioning treadmills that involves inspection and testing of 23 modular areas of the machine that are listed and signed off on a work sheet that accompanies each machine. The machines are then repackaged in new boxes and covered by a 6 month Reebok parts and labour warranty. Fully re-conditioned. 6 Month parts and labour warranty managed by Reebok Fitness Equipment.
